Robert Sproston

Robert began his legal career with Horwich Cohen Coghlan, 1ST CENTRAL Insurance Management’s partner in 1ST CENTRAL Law, in 1994 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. He has experience of dealing with high value Claimant and Defendant personal injury work, as well as EL/PL cases and Low Velocity Impact claims. Robert also has extensive experience of managing teams who undertake Road Traffic work. He was made partner in 2004. Robert moved to Pannone Solicitors in 2007 and continued to deal with personal injury work and manage their Road Traffic Department before returning to Horwich Cohen Coghlan Solicitors in 2013. Since then Robert has managed the 1ST CENTRAL Law team of lawyers, who handle the claims of 1ST CENTRAL’s policyholders who have suffered uninsured losses including personal injury and property losses. Robert’s duties extend to recruitment, training and development of his team.
